Beschrijving
The Shoowa people, small tribe of kingdom of Kuba, now Dc. of Congo, have been designing and making embroidered textiles for hundreds of years. With their geomatrical patterning, this works of art were used in a variety of ways by the Shoowa as status symbols, dowries, regilious or as currency.
